Viewing a report provides information about selected map objects/features. When you view a report, only information for the features you select appears in the report, so you get only the information you need. The reports available for this mapping application are custom designed reports the govME team has set up and made available to the end user.

Note: Click on any of the Popup Menu items below to view specific help for that topic.

To access Reports, you must first select the map object/feature(s) about which you want a report.

Next, right-click in the mapping window and choose View > View Reports... from the popup menu.

If "View Reports..." is disabled, that means there are no reports available for the object(s) you have selected.

If there is at least one report available for one or more object types selected, then you will see the View Report dialogue box.

Choose the report you want to view, and then click OK.

By default, the report appears in a separate browser window.

See also Tab Menu - Links.

Note: This application makes very little use of reports. Instead, this application utilizes the Tab Menu - Links option to do reporting on single map objects at a time.
