Tab Menu - Links

This tab shows web links/pages to related information pertaining to objects within the mapping window. The web pages available for this mapping application are custom designed pages the govME team has set up and made available to the end user.

This tab is automatically activated and populated when a user double-clicks on a map object in the mapping window.  This tab is populated by passing criteria from the map object to the Tab Menu to determine which links to display. The typical criteria passed to the Tab Menu is the map object's ID.

The following is an example of what a user would see if that user double-clicked on an address point in the map.

Note: Some links may NOT be visible to the end user if the end user does not have permission to view that link. Please see Restricted Access for more on this.

A single click on any link above will open a separate browser window. Required parameters are passed to the newly opened window identifying the mapping window object selected.

Note: As you pan or zoom around the mapping window and click on different map objects, remember that that last object that was double-clicked will have its information presented in the Links, Trace, and Info tabs.
