If a user is logged into govME then that user information will be displayed in this tab.

When the user clicks on the User tab the following will appear.

 

 

City of Tacoma Employees:

 

Most City of Tacoma employees will see all of their active directory information under USER PROFILE, "True" for Internal User, and  "No Roles Defined" under USER ROLES. 

 

Non-City of Tacoma Employees:

 

If the user is logged into the govME system then what the user has entered into their profile will be displayed here.

 

Most non-City of Tacoma employees will see "False" for Internal User and  "No Roles Defined" under USER ROLES.

 

User Roles:

 

User roles can only be assigned/viewed if the user has a govME account, is logged in, and has been given access to a restricted area of the gMap application. Please see Restricted Access for more on this.

 

All roles assigned to a user will be listed here. The primary reason roles are displayed here is for web support reasons. If a user believes access is not available to a restricted area of the application, then that user can verify that by viewing his/her user roles and contacting the web developer.
