The Copy - Map Display is one of several copy commands listed in the toolbar's Copy button in the top row toolbar to the far left.

Use this option to copy the contents of the current map window view to the clipboard. This view, or image, can then be pasted into a document, email, or any application that can accept graphical inserts.
