The page layout is not displaying properly; menus and images are out of place. How can I fix this?

Depending on your browser version and settings, you may see the display of your web page not looking right. This visual problem is not limited to just this application. The good news is that there is a possible fix for this; changing the compatibility view.

For more information on what "compatibility view" actually means, click this link, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dd567845(v=vs.85).aspx.

To fix this issue, click on the Compatibility View icon highlighted in red below:

If you do NOT see the Compatibility View icon, then try turning on this feature via the Tools button, or the Tool menu options.

Microsoft claims that when you click on the Compatibility View icon, "websites designed for older browsers will often look better, and problems such as out-of-place menus, images, or text will be corrected."

Remember to try this icon even when you browse other websites and see something out of place.
