Check Internet Explorer Version

The MapGuide and Prizm Viewer activeX control(s) will not run in the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer.

 

To check you Internet Explorer browser version do the following:

 

•Open an Internet Explorer browser window
•Open the "Help" menu 

 

 

•Click on the menu item titled "About Internet Explorer" 

 

 

•If you see "64-bit Edition" next to the version then you are running a version of the browser that does NOT support activeX controls.  
•Try running the 32-bit version.
