Delete Browsing History

Many times there are changes made to websites that are not visible to the end user. This may be due to the browser caching certain files locally and not getting updated web files from the website's owner that make up the whole web page visible to the end user.

Browsers keep temporary files on end users machines so that it will save time repeatedly loading the same web page data over and over again. When this happens, end users may have unexpected errors occur by not having all of the latest files being displayed in their current web session. gMap uses these same file types that are being updated on a regular basis; html, JavaScript, aspx, etc.

To make sure your possible errors are not due to the lack of having the most current files available, then try deleting your browsing history.

Do the following

Open an Internet Explorer browser window
Open the "Tools" menu

Click on the menu item titled "Internet Options"
Make sure the "General" tab is selected

Click the Deleted... button

Click the same check boxes you see above (you can select all of them if you like)
Click the Delete button
Depending on how much there is to delete, this could take a few seconds, or up to 30 or more seconds.
Close all browsers and reopen gMap (or any web page you think had errors)
