trying to load a govME drawing:

Q1: What do I need to run the govME drawing viewer?
A: To view govME drawings, you must have:

Windows XP or better
-
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or Later
Q2: No drawing appears. What should I do?
Note: you may see "Internet Explorer has blocked this
site from using an ActiveX control in an unsafe manner. As a result, this page
may not display correctly." Or you may see an error about the ActiveX
control being unsigned or unsafe. This is a known problem. The following work
around will alllow you to view drawings:
A: Check your Internet Explorer settings.

Open the Internet Explorer browser

Open the "Tools" menu

Click on the menu item titled "Internet Options…"

Click the "Security" tab
-
Click on the globe at the far left titled "Internet"

Click the "Custom Level…" button close to the bottom of the dialog box

This should open the "Security Settings" dialog box

Change the following settings under the heading "ActiveX controls and
plug-ins":

Set "Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls" to Enable

Set "Binary and script behaviors" to Enable
-
Set "Download signed ActiveX controls" to Prompt
-
Set "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to Prompt

Set "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe" to Prompt

Set "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" to Enable
-
Set "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting" to Enable

Accept changes and close all dialog boxes.
