Toolbar Button - Reload

The Reload button is located between the Auto Refresh and Label buttons toward the right of the top row toolbar.

The Reload button allows users to reload (turn on) all of the original map layers when the map is first opened. The purpose of this is to wipe the map clean if the user has either turned on/off too many layers and does not want to find all of them in the layer menu and turn them off/on individually.
