Q3: I have met the System Requirements needed for my PC, but the automated install failed. What can I do? 

A: 

If the automated install failed, try installing the MapGuide viewer manually using the instructions in Q1.

 

If the map still does not work, try changing your security settings as noted in Q2 and make sure you also enable "Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt."
